  dibnlib - sounds like a lovely place for your mum's ashes. We could have gone back to Nottingham from where he comes from but it is easier for us all to do the deed locally and he did quite a lot for the club through the years we have been in Brixworth..

  Sunny day, load of washing, batch of sausage rolls. I use low stool to sit and weed as I can’t kneel or squat. I store it on back verandah for easy access. Today on returning it, I noticed a big fat spider lurking underneath. A redback spider, highly venomous and I have been sitting near it! OH is executing it for me right now.

  HEATHER - Normally I would have coped & destroyed it myself but I was feeling weary, back was aching and I guessed reflexes may have been slow. OH has to earn his keep <grin>

  Ha ha, AQ ! I just googled redbacks and it was scary. Shoes, under toilet seats, I guess you are used to checking like!y places...

  I have a policy not to kill spiders..... I might have to change my mind if we had redbacks in the UK.

  I have just put an ENORMOUS bumblebee back outside. I managed to get it in a tea towel. I could feel it buzzing away in my hands!!! It flew off.

  RUSTY - I did the same with a huge wasp. Maybe looking for somewhere to make a nest..
  We haven't heard from OG for a lot of days. Either she is unwell ( hope not ) or the furniture delivery didn't work out well ?
  I was shopping with daughters 1 and 2, today. A family Easter dinner tomorrow, only seven of us. Roast beef etc.
  I hope that LINDY will have a lovely weekend with her family.
