HAPPY NEW WEEK!
I hope everyone has a wonderful week!
I walked to my small town yesterday to visit the post office and the grocery store. At the top of the hill, I looked up to see R.T. Hawk's mate circling above me. I was glad to see that she made it through the long winter and looks well.
Spring isn't here yet. When I woke up this morning, the temperature was 12F; that's 11 below zero C. The "feels like" temp (wind chill) was 4 below zero F; that's 20 below zero C. In defiance, though, the trees on my patch are budding out.
Take care, all.
Thanks for hugs.... .my OH is rougher sounding when speaking now, & as usual, is refusing to take a paracetamol or anything. He's been busy ringing friends & comparing notes. The Internet is certainly useful for messaging. I told the Government website about his result, so that he can now be a statistic. I feel OK but very tired - don't know if it's just sheer frustration - I had dark forebodings about his going on Saturday and it occured to me then that even if I didn't go, he might catch it and then give it to me afterwards. Good news that everything is now ordered and you can look forward to your new chairs beds and even carpets, OG!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, EAGLE-EYE!!!
Have a great day!
Lindy: I'm so very sorry that your husband has contracted COVID-19. I hope he will have an extremely mild case and be done with it quickly. I also hope that you won't get the virus. Sending you protective energy, my friend. Sorry about the cancellation of your family visit.
LINDA – Not good news that your OH has covid; Surely it will be mild as you are fully jabbed. Stay safe my friend {{{HUGS}}}
EE - HAPPY BIRTHDAY
PAT – When masks come off, will we recognize anyone?
My house isn’t messy. It is custom designed by a 3 year old.
Make yourself at home. Clean my kitchen.
Instead of cleaning my house, I am just going to move to another one.
