5F Seren hatched at nest K, Rutland, from parents Red 08 (m) and Yellow 30 (f). Chris Wood, who volunteers at the Rutland osprey project, has been following her for at least 7 years to Tanji Marsh in the Gambia. She has been at this nest with Dylan since 2020, after suffering abandonment by bigamist Aran at Pont Croesor.
Seren returned on 26 March 2022.
Dylan is unringed, he's been breeding at this nest since 2016, when he ousted dear Dai Dot.

I'm doing LG so can't update yet - but look what just got dumped!
Egg still whole, as far as we can see:
I'm being driven mad by buffering cams - especially the 4G ones like this and LG's Osp & Gos, I think, altho LotL did go down completely earlier. One can't cope, y'know
Oh well, here's another photo opportunity:
25 May
Guess what?! I'm recovering from a huge Windows crash (which didn't affect Clywedog because that's got its very own laptop all to itself, and is being screen-captured) so I haven't got time to be as precise as some might like, but...
Hatch #3 +/- 02:00
patily said:Awful, awful start to the day wetherwise Expected to dry up late morning
Hope they're right about the weather clearing up!
Thanks Scylla. John has confirmed the hatch time as 2.11 a.m. Damp day forecast; the Bob will spend most of the day under 5F I suspect.
Super fish @ 09:22 but I cannot do it justice - it's all Dylan and Seren's fault, if it were not for them interfering themselves I could have at least got a full view:
A couple of minutes ago Dylan brought back the fish and Seren is now feeding the chicks - but only TWO can be seen - I think one must be tucked down between/under the two but it's worrying to see - I shall check back... ... ...
