I think this will be an interesting season at Loch Arkaig - who is going to take residence is the big question?
For me it doesn't matter who, just as long as the nest is occupied.

03.53 Smaller chick forced onto the cot rails by bigger chick during a fight in Dorcha's absence. However C2 goes submissive, and C1 stops fighting.
06.32.06 Breakfish arrives, first fish of the day, a whole brown trout
08.09 to 08.14 Tug of sticks: Dorcha and chick 1 have a tug of war with a stick
10.36 to 10.41 Songbirds visit. In order of appearance: 2 Long-Tailed Tits, Great Tit, juvenile Blue Tits.
11.32.24 Fish number two arrives, a small-ish whole brown trout
