I think this will be an interesting season at Loch Arkaig - who is going to take residence is the big question?
For me it doesn't matter who, just as long as the nest is occupied.

16.58.30 Is Willow limping? Looks a bit like she’s favouring her left leg. She stumbles, but also seems to limp at 16.58.48 Is she just standing on twiggy bits on the nest that must be a bit uncomfortable on the base of her foot, like a stone in a shoe.. had another look and she's Ok, it was the same area of the nest both times so an annoying twig seems a likely answer.
18.07.13 Fish number four, headless BT. Hoodie harasses Willow until she flies off with her nice big bit of fish.
Thursday 18th - seven fish were brought to the nest, including the first delivery from Dorcha!
Fish number one, flatfish 07.52.24
Fish number two, big flapping trout 10.13.30
Fish number three, headless trout 11.47.58
Fish number four, whole mackerel 14.32.36
Fish number five, flapping mackerel 15.51.39
Fish number six, headless trout 17.28.25
And the last fish of the day - Dorcha's first fish! Farewell present? Video clip's done in slo-mo due to the camera diamonds and the fact it's Dorcha's first delivery.
19.26.08 Fish number seven / one, headless brown trout

My pleasure, Cirrus. It's wonderful having the nest cam on Nest Two. Fingers crossed for two occupied nests next year.
