Any news about the live webcams at Loch Garten?

I tried to catch the Aurora tonight but couldn't do a video because the stream is extremely stuttery (I've tested it on YT rollback, it's not confined to my download).  This sample has been lightened a bit, but I can't do much with it because red speckles appear all over the picture if it's lightened very much.

Once the cam is permanent I reckon we'll need a new thread - I'm posting in the wrong one, having given myself the impression that the other one is for the competition only :(((

Question for Jess! Any idea if or when the Birdfeeder webcam will be back online? As the Birdfeeder webcam had been available for 12 months a year. over recent times unlike when it was broadcast just over the Autumn/Winter period! Thanks’
