It does look rather odd, Patily and Sandra. This isn't a nest I follow very much and I find it difficult to sort out who and what!! The TV Osprey Project page has nothing for 2022, and when I tried to open the cam it said it was the end of the season (2021). Clearly I don't have an up to date link.

Thank you for coverage, SANDRA!  I did some snaps before I saw your posts, assuming wrongly tha no-one else was a-lookin' in ;)

I'm very surprised that the egg hasn't been kicked out!  I think it is only one egg, with other materials confusing the issue sometimes - but I can't swear to that.

The sitter at opening time stayed in the nestcup for 20 minutes!

With the cam sometimes being a bit 'hit and miss', I was surprised that I was able to watch immediately this morning and for a time this afternoon, hence my captures.
