CAPTIVA OSPREYS - Andy & Lena
I'd been posting in "Forum Friends", here's a snap brought over, for the sake of starting this thread with something!

Tweed Valley
A Jay visited in the morning:
Later, camperson managed to zoom in and include most of the nestcup, something they hadn't been able to do up to now, as far as I could see. Plus, some on-off light appeared behind the nest - female noticed it - I haven't before.

I couldn't make a decision as to whether it was natural or manmde - couldn't dismiss it being a dramatic intrusion

This cam is nearly as bad as... huh! so many flaky cams this season, I'll plump for Goshawk.
All 3 up for first meal of the day, at something-past-4:
2 chicks at Border ospreys
TWEED VALLEY
Cam was brilliant (by its own standards) all day.
3 chicks:
Fish:
Ultra-zoom!
He might have fed the chicks if they'd shown an interest...
As it was, they didn't and he ate for 10 minutes, then as he left they did - but he left with the remaining fish:
Everything looked fine, as far as I could see.
03 June
What a contrast to yesterday! Static cam all day, no ins 'n outs until 12:15 when a fish arrived, bhis is the only shot I can get:
The at 14:18 the cam went down and proceeded to throw out failed files, had to delete 50, switched off the downloader.
The tin can got kicked off, hooray!

Teatime - this fish looked stiff and bent:
#3 was at the back but definitely did get a bite or two eventually:
Hopefully this was a piece of wet bark, not more junk:
Tweed Vally
A very bad day both for Tweed stream and, latterly, my internet - but if the female really is MrsO (unringed), then this was PW3 feeding the chicks:
After MrsO took over he brought a stick and spent a little time organising, then flew off:
