From little 'fluff balls' to almost fully grown ospreys, LR1 and LR2 are doing amazingly well all thanks to the fantastic ongoing care from NC0 and Laddie (LM12). Not only have we seen Laddie providing fish for his family but NC0 has been successful several times just recently as well - what first-class parents they are! There continues to be the occasional intrusion from ospreys passing through, however, the nest and chicks have been protected outstandingly. We look forward to the next exciting phase in the young ospreys' development.
Yes it is Ian! lol She was a very determined fledgling who I remember caught her own fish and brought it back to the nest. I am thrilled to see her back. Fingers crossed PT5 is flying around the UK somewhere too.

20:34 Intruder around. NC0 called/alerted the chicks while on the birch, LR1 and LR2 flattened prior her coming back to the nest, alarm calling and mantling
Calm restored at 20:40
21:01 Dive from the birch. If it was NC0, she was possibly unsuccessful - she flew off low beyond the birch and didn't come back to the nest
Heading down
Splash
Up and away
21:10 NC0? on the birch who flew off and away beyond it immediately after this pic was taken. LR1's amazing wing span
21:21 Lots of wingercising from LR2
Morning all, NC0, LR1 and LR2 have already had their breakfish, Laddie delivered it a little after 4:30
LR1 (right) tried to take the fish but NC0 kept her talons firmly on it
