S-i-l is in NZ this week to oversee offices there. Travelling via Sydney, he remained for hours between flights in airport transit to avoid compromising his expected ditto trip to QLD next month. I woke this morn to news of a covid case on a Sydney-NZ flight & hence all passengers considered high risk, must get tested, isolate 14 days, the usual, etc,etc. Phew, not his flight. But I shall continue to worry until he returns. Dau sounded quite bright yesterday – she’d had a few minutes sitting & patting the cat while Trio at school.
Remote controls are quite handy. They let you see that there’s nothing worth watching on TV a lot faster. (Melanie White)
