Morning Mary, now this is exciting! better than just sticks arriving!
Morning Geemeff and Patily
It was hard to tell from the few seconds on the nest if it was male or female, but as you say its more exciting than sticks. Poor Louis with his pile of straw, and I see he is now back on the nest.
IMAGICAT
Birdies LG DU update.
I think it is a female Mike, as Louis has gone into over drive bringing in the shag pile and nest cupping. Bless his little talons!
What female could resist this face.....
In comes the shag pile
Nest Cupping

Morning Scylla, yes I think so too, judging from both their reactions. And when he departed after the stranger left, he took the same direction, right towards Bunarkaig. Could this be the female who seems to have paired up there with the male Stranger who briefly occipied the nest? Exciting either way, and in the continuing absence of Aila, lovely to see some Osprey activity not just sticks.
