Arrival dates
Laddie 21.3.21
NC0 25.3.21
It has been great to witness Laddie (LM12) and NC0 renew their bond and also begin to make a safe and cosy nest for impending eggs. It is encouraging to watch NC0 much more comfortable in her surroundings and hope that all continues goes well for them both from here on in.
11.4.21: Blog - NC0 lays an egg
14.4.21: Blog - NC0 lays her second egg
17.4.21: Blog - NC0 lays her third egg
Just after 17:40, Laddie left the nest. Eggs were unattended for a couple of minutes
NC0 was seen flying from the right to left (centre) and going past the nest
She landed on the nest from the left side of the cam
Back on incubation duty

18:30 Well done, Laddie! Another fish for NC0
19:35 Laddie is still incubating
19:57 NC0 back to incubate
Just after 20:40, NC0 took a quick flight away from the nest - she had noticed movement in and around the birch. Looked like a couple of crows flitting about. She came back to the nest almost immediately!
20:53 NC0 has been very vocal for the past 5 minutes or so. Possibly Laddie on top of the left branch of the birch
