Arrival dates
Laddie 21.3.21
NC0 25.3.21
It has been great to witness Laddie (LM12) and NC0 renew their bond and also begin to make a safe and cosy nest for impending eggs. It is encouraging to watch NC0 much more comfortable in her surroundings and hope that all continues goes well for them both from here on in.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
There was a headless fish delivery from Laddie at 12:20(ish). It was a bit like a 'grab and go' for NC0 as she left the nest immediately after taking her lunch from him

NC0 lays her third egg
NC0 returned (came down from the nest tree) just after 13:30
Change of duty. Laddie left the nest
Another break for NC0 when Laddie came to the nest approx. 14:40
It was so sweet as NC0 gave a short contact call as she stood up, he replied the same
16:25(ish) Laddie, who was/is on incubation duty (changeover +/- 35 minutes), chipped/alarm called and flapped at what was probably an intruder passing by/overhead. No threat and he settled back down on the eggs
16:44 Laddie chipping again, looking skyward
