Only more spider activity to report up to midnight:

Unknown said:Nighjars will be migrating now Scylla, so any more sightings will be a bonus.
Well we got a half bonus this morning, thanks to LenSpider - one strand straight down thru the perch
As far as I can tell, recently it's not been showing up till just before dawn every day.
Almost no vocals (I've treated the sound) until a half-decent chirrup on departure after nearly 20 minutes on the perch.
One-and-a-bit birdies for ID, please - recognising the "bit" is fleeting, this is half-speed:
Nightjar early hours of 23rd was on the perch for a short while around 01:30 (not covered here) and then for 1h30m, allowing for a couple of flyabouts, later. While I was trying to eke some vocals out of it (failed), I detected feetz on the campost:
Yesterday late afternoon another little birdie visited the perch - and, again while trying to do the sound, I wondered if there was a faint osprey voice and feet at the very end? Dubious.
(Please don't tell me off for not associating it with either of the previous little birds, RICHARD, I just haven't got space in my head to process new info at the mo.)
No Nightjar the next night but last night it was here:
Little bird lost a big feather this time:
That's up to about 06:30 this morning.
26 August
No Nightjar last night.
Wood Pigeon this late afternoon, stayed on the perch for 16 minutes!
No Nightjar so far tonight, and no new web-building on our side of the cam for a couple of nights:
