It difficult because of the colour from the camera, it's a Lark and i will opt for a Wood Lark. It has long rear pointing claws and the markings are a lot darker than a Sky Larks.
Just been confirmed as a Juvenile Woodlark by Paul Morton of BofPH, so another one for your records Scylla.
05:44 022 was back for 10 minutes, just pottered in the nestcup and stood waiting and scratched his head and flew off:
