CRINGER may not know that I am the resident small raptor expert, otherwise he'd have waited for my verdict...

I've only just come across it in my download, just going to do some incoming sticks, then to the Kestrel, who stayed for over 35 minutes  

No-one should hold their breath waitng for vids because I'm tired already

Richard, I think you will find the colour at Poole is as the result of a 'setting'. This was discussed when the site was set up. That is why there was lots of discussion when CJ7 appeared and seemed so much lighter that other Ospreys.

I've been studying this image so much that I'm arguing with myself! Lol

Wow! What a difference some colour enhancement makes. I am very happy now with the ID of kestrel!

Delayed by one person's football match agonies and another's computer woes - the latter won't listen to me, I'm just an object to rant at.

CJ7 brought 6 sticks of very varying usefulness:

Great vid Scylla, all the pouncing reminds me of very young Kestrel practising plus lack of strong yellow cere & legs & dark barred chest!
