AQ - Great 'thoughts' today. They have gone straight into tomorrow's news sheet as 'truisms'. Certainly the middle one!

Good Morning. Not been on as have had a break in our Virgin Media broadband service, which began yesterday, -- a few of us were able to go online to compare problems, on a local facebook group, before we lost the service altogether and had to spend most of the day without. It seemed to come on at about 10.00pm but by then I was too tired to do more than read a few messages.

All back to normal now, fingers crossed.

Diane, I hope you are OK, you seem to be having so many problems at the moment. Hope the weather will warm up for you soon. A heartwarming report of a whole lot of sea turtles being rescued in Texas, due to being too cold. People are so caring in bad circumstances.

OG -- Hope things will go better for J and he can get his meds all at the right level.

Heather - Fingers crossed for Callum, it is still such a worry for you.
