OG: Good J's appt confirmed.  Hope your lazy evening was relaxing - try extending it through the weekend?

Today FC comes to town. Normally the χmas pageant wends its way through city streets with a crowd up to 300,000. Because of covid, this year the parade will be held 7 pm at Adelaide Oval with a crowd of 25,000 (socially distanced) chosen by ballot. Televised as well. Should be a warm evening for them, 28 C.

AQ - Shame about the pageant, but at least FC was allowed his usual visit. Perhaps it's been filmed for local news on TV?

Watched the charity fundraiser, Children in Need, last night on TV here, and was moved to see that in the 40 year celebration, they included a tribute Sir Terry Wogan who was so much a part of it for many of those years. A good amount raised on the night (£37m) but less than last year in spite of a big effort.
