Hi all,
Its been a mixed day, weatherwise and ospreywise. Comings and goings and fish deliveries from early morning to afternoon/evening. Lots of off and on the nest between at least two of the juves yesterday afternoon. I notice not much action in the evening.
Lets see what today brings. Over to the night shift. See you in the morning.

OG says: ''That post about eight and six fish was a quotation from 5th August - those numbers were from 4th and 5th!''
OH WELL Really going now .... later .....enjoy your day all.
Hi Cirrus thanks and I am going to take Sheila's advice at lunchtime. Sorry about the duff fish info that will teach me to read things properly. I am trying to catch up with the posts from yesterday, it always takes me a while each day especially if I haven't looked in since the evening before. Saw the takeover of the fish and had a smile. Youngest had obviously filled himself up to let go of it so easily.

Its gone a lot quieter. One busy eating and one keeping a watch for perhaps another delivery
Thanks Dr Joan hot toddy will be made to have with lunch. Sounds as though there has been so many fish the GEM's are unable to catch up. What a marvellous pair EJ and Odin are, bad weather doesn't stop either of them from fishing obviously.
Oops not really with it today just wanted to say thanks for the pics from yesterday. Not so much of an ENS day yesterday. Weather still looks pretty miserable at LG and one GEM still stuffing it's face.
Intruder alert again and what a racket.
Here we go againl, another intruder alert
the intruder can be seen flying past the nest , centre back.
"Cirrus - Youngest didn't even bat a beak" .... I love that! I was away from the computer and didn't see the fish change talons.
Sounds like the intruder is still around.

All quiet now. Middle still guarding the fish he nicked from Titch without apparently feeling the hunger pangs, and Titch is watching and snoozing!
