Hi all,
Its been a mixed day, weatherwise and ospreywise. Comings and goings and fish deliveries from early morning to afternoon/evening. Lots of off and on the nest between at least two of the juves yesterday afternoon. I notice not much action in the evening.
Lets see what today brings. Over to the night shift. See you in the morning.

Good morning all and thanks to the night shift for the commentary and also for early morning shift for same with pics. As I logged in one GEM with fish but not eating just protecting it. Another GEM flew in and chick with fish started mantling over it. My fish and I am not going to let go of it. Just seen on the main blog that 6 fish have already been delivered today, and 8 yesterday. No wonder they can just stand there with a fish until they feel hungry enough to eat it. Just looked again and GEM has decided it can fit a bit more in and tucking in again. Looks like a whopper so you know EJ delivered it.
Off to catch up with yesterday now. Didn't log in last evening as I developed a really sore throat during the day and now have a full blown cold. That sort of tells me why I was so slow in getting things done yesterday and much the same today. Feel as though my throat has been sand papered.
Margobird
Looks iike there was an EJ delivery whilst I was out of the room with one juve still screeching away.
Sorry to hear about the cold and sore throat Margobird. I hope you will soon feel better. A bit early in the day, but a hot toddy might sooth the throat, taken slowly!

Thanks DJoan S and Alan and everyone for the pics on EJ's arrival of fish as I was doing something else.

Thanks SheilaFE now that sounds like a good idea. Honey and whiskey I think with my lunch which will probably send me off to sleep.

YIKES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh dear margobird ... a cold and sore throat ... look after yourself and take it easy ... as Sheila said, a hot toddy would do you good ... for medicinal purposes it is allowed at any time of day ... says Doctor Joan :-))

This might be a real intruder. LoL what a real easy take over of the fish , Youngest didn't even bat a beak when Middle stomped on the fish and took it ha ha.
EDIT so very sorry to read you're not well Margo. Take Shiela's advice ?)
Intruder alt again, both screeching away, its enough to wake the dead never mind scaring the intruder off.
Intruder alert. So much so that Titch lets go of the fish and Middle took it over with no contest. Both continue to screech, but Middle is mantling over the fish as well.
