HAPPY NEW WEEK and HAPPY NEW MOON!
The new moon (the dark moon) is on 20 July.
Everyone have a safe and content week!
Is that snoring I hear from California?
My visit to city library – few waiting, easy entry, free sanitizer, no need to complete form for contact details. My lookups were successful. I noticed a cleaner wandering around cleaning each place as soon as anyone left. I missed my bus home by a few inches, driver shut door & drove off without looking in mirror. Next bus should have been ¼ hour but it was very late and 2 came together after I had fumed for ½ hour. I noticed the lovely handbag & suitcase shop has closed, so too the health food shop – the only place I can get my favourite brand of camomile. I noticed several other vacant shops. The world is a-changing. A few people in masks, unlike Melbourne where it is now mandatory in public. Victoria’s new cases remain high, more deaths. NSW is at a critical stage. Future illegal border-hoppers to SA face 2 years gaol. The latest three were charged, convicted, fined, bus-ed to border and left to find own way home. . . and work out how to retrieve their vehicle from metro area. LOLOL
Heather your post touch a nerve with me - on Saturday I got very snappy with my family on WhatsApp and ended up going to bed at 8pm as I was so upset - mainly with myself. I worried them as I am not normally like that. I of course apologised the next day and both Son and Daughter said they were worried about me. Like you I am on my own and yes it is hard dealing with all this over the last 4 months. I try and be positive but find myself worrying over lots of things. My Son who had counselling after his Sisters death that they said try not to worry about things you have no control over, which is true but hard to do.
Can't stop as I am back working 3 days a week from home at the moment, so I have to jump in the shower as I start at 8am. So everyone try and get and about if you can - I find that helps and lifts my mood and those seeing family and friends enjoy!
