I'm starting this thread in case it's not possible for MARY to do it due to the first-of-the-month freeze-up.
Aila, Louis and their 3 chicks are flourishing, with Louis proving a great provider to the biggest family he's had so far.
I might add some snaps 'n things if I last a bit longer, but let's get the thread on the road first ;)

Love the look on this chicks face - "where has she gone with the fish"

It's getting bad, Ian, the hope was they could be cleared every Friday, but it was so slow yesterday that George warned us they'd be cleared around 10am today. And just as well as it was even worse this morning - trying to get the page to load was a nightmare so lots of double-posting. Definitely worse than Disqus!
12.26, fish five. Ian

14.20 the chicks were looking quite relaxed - what a full crop #3?
14 21 Aila landed and stayed briefly
and the chicks appeared to hit the deck when she flew off
but they didn't stay down for long before Aila returned again 14.29
Nothing untoward is happening, although it looks a bit dark over Will's Mums!

I appear to have no sound.... oh yes I do!
Aila disrupted the youngsters by walking between them to the far side of the nest, and appears to be calling, intermittently
and has a quick shut-eye
14.54 Aila might be calling, but the chicks appear disinterested!
15.46 Fish delivery. Louis landed with it on a chick. Aila came across to pick it up. Louis left, and Aila is now feeding one chick, another poops and the third waits.
The chick being fed it immediately to Aila's right and out of sight.
The other two are now showing interest.
I hope they don't come to take the chicks on a full tummy!
Sheila "I hope they don't come to take the chicks on a full tummy!"
The way Louis has been providing so far, I think their tummies are permanently full Ian
