Aila and Louis' first chick hatched on Friday 29 May. Perhaps we can expect number 2 and 3 to hatch on 1 and 4 June.
May brought lots of fish, clods, shag pile, sticks, osprey and owl intruders and fame to Aila and Louis, appearing on the BBC, Channel 4 and Chris Packham's Self Isolating Bird Club Live.

Aha! It's LenSpider! He's moved from Loch Garten, but he's been travelling around a bit. Scylla spotted him at Poole. Doing a Cummings perhaps.

And if you're wondering what he does in his spare time, he's on fire in southern California
Seriously though, in the early hours of the morning I woke up to mayhem in my downloader - caused not least by Arkaig throwing wobblies!
I have nothing to contribute that will add to brilliant coverage by others :)

Blast from the past: on this day last year, Aila was attacked by an intruder Osprey, and there was quite a fight before Aila prevailed: (slo-mo)
