Aila and Louis' first chick hatched on Friday 29 May. Perhaps we can expect number 2 and 3 to hatch on 1 and 4 June.
May brought lots of fish, clods, shag pile, sticks, osprey and owl intruders and fame to Aila and Louis, appearing on the BBC, Channel 4 and Chris Packham's Self Isolating Bird Club Live.

Aila went for a fly around - and two of the chicks fired a laser while she was away, I thought that was funny, they are well toilet trained already LOL....

I don't see Louis in his usual tree, so he probably perches somewhere with a bit more shelter than poor Aila. EDIT - now we know Louis was not sheltering he was away fishing
Looks like the rain is getting heavier now. My heart goes out to her seeing her like this.
Louis arrives with another fish at 07.18
At around 06.39 it looked like it had dried up again and Aila was looking quite perky
Louis arrives at 07.18 with yet another fish
It is another substantial piece
Feed commences and they are still feeding at 07.27 when Aila goes to the new fish
I am trying to watch and post at the same time with not a lot of success
07.18, Louis is not resting on his laurels, he has just delivered another headless fish. Aila picks one of the older fish for a feed. Ian
08.56, Louis brings back the most recent (number six) fish. Aila takes it for a feed. Ian
