The sadness of Monty's failure to return has been somewhat mitigated by Idris's almost seamless takeover as Telyn's partner.
They have 3 eggs:
Egg #1 ~ 17 April @ 05:58
Egg #2 ~ 20 April @ 01:40
Egg #3 ~ 22 April @ 22:56
Dyfi's usual ultra-wonderful coverage of the nest has been dimmed by (1) coronavirus restrictions and (2) laptop failure, a refurb has taken over. We are grateful for what we are getting, in the circumstances.

Portrait of Telyn's tootsies:
Hanging out thinking about pestering Telyn:
Far-off visitors:
Down on Monty's perch... with fish?
Yes, he flew up to the high perch with it but then's when the buffering must have started - my stream cut out and when it returned this is what greeted us:
Maybe she'd eaten earlier and I missed it - she brought a big leftover to the nest and Idris eagerly claimed and flew off with it:
Well that was strange! Idris flew off, leaving the fish on the perch, it fell after he'd gone a little way - I can't get both to show up well in the same frame:
Oh, it was some time after this incident that the big buffer intervened and I had to turn off the downloader and forgot to keep checking, so my next scene is nighttime with someone incubating and no sentry visible.
Visit of Poole Harbour's Blue014(18) this afternoon
Telyn flew to nest as 014 approached, seen above the high perch:
The cam zoomed out before 014 flew off - then a bird was seen again on the high perch but there were not zooms so I don't know who it was - probably Chat would have narrated but it's too late now :)
