Beautiful female, Rutland's CJ7:
The hoped-for partner for CJ7, local male LS7, has not yet appeared. CJ has been tending the nest daily and yesterday she took everyone by surprise, producing an egg - which took us by surprise by surviving... until midnight at least ;)
IMAGICAT
Nothing to report except that the web got blown aside at about half-past midnight, and this morning continues wet 'n quite windy.
A rainy day with no birds seen. Just after 17:40 the deer emerged from "under the nest" and made their way together out to the lane and away to the right.
Mist drifted in after 21:00:
No web, but during the day I could see whispy shadows fluttering so it's there:
It rained overnight up to 02:00-ish:
Day dawned a rather strange colour:
Then stranger even:
This should be full daycam but it's almost mono. (The deer are out browsing.)
CJ7 turns up in stealth mode, she is in there somewhere

Birdies LG DU update.
Alison - pleased to read you enjoyed your boat trip and over the moon for you seeing CJ7. And I note you had your camera with you - hopefully some photos to share and if so, I look forward to seeing them :-)
Karen, sorry no photos this time, I just enjoyed watching her fly around. Richard, yes I still have the Sony RX10-IV, but not the update. I'll look into it, thanks for the tip.
Edit: now downloaded and installed, thanks again!
