Beautiful female, Rutland's CJ7:
The hoped-for partner for CJ7, local male LS7, has not yet appeared. CJ has been tending the nest daily and yesterday she took everyone by surprise, producing an egg - which took us by surprise by surviving... until midnight at least ;)

Hear, hear! :)
Several cambumps since lunchtime but just one appearance, CJ spent a couple of minutes pottering cheerfully and flew (with a new feather configuration ;) ) @ 16:46:
No sign of any activity since.
On scrolling back CJ7 has been on the nest this morning
She was pottering around for a wee while during these times
She flew off at 07.10 and the nest was empty until she jumped down from the Cam Post at 08.33
She is still on the nest at 08.39 hrs

Thank you ALISON - I missed her landing on the nest, must have thought it was Idris :(
Incidentally, that was another not-very-aggressive reception from one female to another, as per CJ7 and PT0
Back to Poole...
Campost landing 22:09, take-off 22:27 - probably MsTorny.
I think this was related to the spider's web:
Landing with clatter on campost 04:51.
04:59 flew straight out of our picture ahead of us, no chance of ID:
CJ7 landed on perch @ 06:20:
Then as per MARY's early-morning post.
Up to campost:
Back on the nest @ 08:33, bringing a little stick which she had been flying around with but I've lost it! She was right at the top of our screen and semi-distant, I decided to start over so's to get the run-up to it but then couldn't find it at all, boohoo!
She did some nest tidying and flew @ 0840:
That's only up to 09:35, I can't do any more for a while :)
CJ was back potterig 12:20-12:50:
She flew in to the campost:
And away again 3-and-a-half hours later!
On an accidental second run-thru, feathers(?) flew:
And I don't think I got all the cambumps earler, either :(
Clattery landing @ 21:16, take-off bump @ 21:33, no sightings.
Blustery wind shifted a couple of lighter-weight sticks.
A nasty night (continuing into day):
CJ landed 08:04:
Stayed preening in the wind for 15 minutes:
Flew off (not to campost) 08:19:
It became windy again thru the morning - the only visitor I found was this corvid just before 08:00, who didn't stay long:
Next clip, up-to-date now.
Landed, then dozed and preened, all on one spot:
Flew:
