Beautiful female, Rutland's CJ7:
The hoped-for partner for CJ7, local male LS7, has not yet appeared. CJ has been tending the nest daily and yesterday she took everyone by surprise, producing an egg - which took us by surprise by surviving... until midnight at least ;)

05 November
In the first 6-hour session up to 13:33 there was only ONE corvid seen, and that was as a shadow on the campost as per my Snap#2 posted before.
Not a soul seen for the rest of the day. There is a spider in residence but only this strand shows occasionally, it must have chosen a different aspect for its house to face:

Several single corvids this morning, one exhibiting some gloss and being reasonably close:
A visitor to the nest this morning, stayed for about 20 mins @0730.
It did have a few shouts, which confirmed it as a Crow.
