Beautiful female, Rutland's CJ7:
The hoped-for partner for CJ7, local male LS7, has not yet appeared. CJ has been tending the nest daily and yesterday she took everyone by surprise, producing an egg - which took us by surprise by surviving... until midnight at least ;)

Missile passes over :o
A bright, but not sunny day (at the moment), very windy. Two lone eggs appear to be still intact. I'm not sure whether the odd clink is CL7 on the campost or perhaps insects hitting the mic

CJ had arrived @ 05:35 (in a rosy tone) and semi-sat on the eggs for a while, then stood at the back of the nest for a longer while and flew off @ 06:36 - I have not found her on the nest again up until now.
CJ7 is back on the nest this morning, maybe another egg is imminent?

I think she has just flown down from the Cam Pole with a few Cheeps.....

Another Corvid attack
Birdies LG DU update.
Good morning! I did these snaps before I realised how late it was/is!
Landing from campost:
My picture posting has gone awry again, I must add that the last snap is where she is now from YT live stream.
EDIT:
Testing picture posting with corvid approach ;)
CJ has been on 'n off the nest, on 'n off the eggs, last seen @ 12:44 on her way up to campost - there was a bump 'n clunk a minute or so later:
