Thank You Ian - I didn't go back that far as I got caught up in an Aila fly past and circle round before landing on the nest @ 0616, which I have been trying to do a video off, but your scene looks much better

No lying in for Louis eh! he is on the ball these days - practising for when the chicks arrive. I haven't heard the chirps from the eggs yet Ian, but will go to your time and check.

Aila flew in and took over incubation. Mist and cloud all gone now. Going for breakfast now but it won't be fish
I see LIZ B. Has said a head has popped out on FOA FB group, I am in the garden on phone and not got link to Webcam.
Just had to come in and upstairs to my PC and see it for myself. Congratulations to Louis and Aila and all at Loch Arkaig, first chick of the season. YEAH!!!
Hopefully Aila will let us have a better view later. Now for lunch and back to the garden.
Birdies LG DU update.
Fantastic news, the first sight of the chick seems to have been 11.54.57. The other highlight of the morning is the enormous stick Louis brought in at 10.43 and Louis plonking a stick on top of Aila at 10.44. Ian
And it looks like the second is well underway too - might we have two on one day? That would be breaking all the rules!
