Last season Louis and Aila arrived on their nest almost at the same instant on the 4th of April. Here's to a repeat, but a few days earlier to save our anxiety.
WEBCAM, compliments of the Woodland Trust and the People's Postcode Lottery.

The fish was delivered at 09.54, Aila had been on the nest since arriving at 09.25 and it was more than a tailend. Ian
EDIT - Louis brought in some soft nest material at 10.07.
Louis brought in a very nice fish at 10.57, so two in an hour. Not bad going for our much maligned provider. He also did a spot of nestcupping just as Aila was taking the fish off the nest. Ian
EDIT - They both returned to the nest at 11.18, Aila with the remains of the second fish (which must be what Patily saw).
Aila was calling (I was doing other things) and Louis landed with a large, possibly whole fish, but he has forgotten the sharing bit
There was a tussle for the fish
and Aila managed to get it and then flew off. Louis did a spot of nest cupping and then relaxed LOL
More nest cupping

14.01, Louis back with more soft furnishings and another spot of nestcupping. Ian
Thanks for all these updates Ian
It was funny watching the tussle in the fish handover. Louis is showering Aila with welcome home gifts today
