Fab Starling, that's the most action I have seen this season on the nest
It is the usual early morning scene at the moment.
YW was incubating The cam cut out a couple of times just as YW flew off and as 35 came in from the lower left I watched for a while before I made any captures and I saw the female flying around inthe background near the tree and I thought she was going to land there but instead she just suddenly disappeared

Business as usual here, one incubating, I never seem to be able to see any more than one bird on the nest this season, obviously don't watch it enough
It may look nice and sunny but there is quite a wind over Foulshaw Moss. Blue 35 relieves YW from his incubating duties.© Cumbria Wildlife Trust
