Here's hoping for a successful 2020 season.

Sandra first reported 2 birds on the nest at 19.12 on 4 April 2019. Louis and Aila were back! They laid 3 eggs, one failed, but we hope to see chicks Mallie and Rannoch - both female (although some doubt about Mallie) within a few years, maybe even next.

We had a GreatTit on Rannoch's perch (I think, and you'll wonder why I bothered):
Then 2 Great Tits, warranting a little vid:
IMAGICAT
Plenty rain overnight, then the cam started dropping out.
Our first Robin singing on the perch early this morning - very early, the picture was very weak but nothing I did would liven it up much:
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Robin was back in the evening, just for 3m30s :-*
It's been raining overnight.
I am smiling Scylla at your Tartan Border, (thank you) now have you got the right tartan though Ha Ha....
It looks a pretty miserable up there this morning.
EDIT: Have done a little bit of digging Scylla and it looks like Loch Arkaig comes under the Clan Cameron and the Achnacarry Estate....
Apologies for the history lesson (I am on a roll here) - Ah well might as well do something while we wait on Louis and Aila….
