I'd hoped to see an albatross on my last visit to NZ, but no luck. We couldn't fit in a trip to Stewart Island but I have done quite a few of the other birding places, including the midnight kiwi tour at Okarito. I love NZ and am lucky to have family there including a bird-fanatic!
