OK I'll start this off. Czech Republic jays and a red squirrel.

The pair of albatross in NZ reunite after 7 days apart. Heartwarming!
Some fabulous birds at the West Texas webcam. At first I thought these little guys were Black-eyed Juncos but they didn't look right. It took me a while to ID them as Bushtits. Apparently, they are the only representative of their family in North America. All the rest are in Europe. You can see the resemblance in structure and behaviour to our Long-tailed Tits.

Lovely sight Korky, we went out in a boat like the one in the background around the headland where they nest.
Here's another of my White Capped Albatross pictures for another wet and grey day. Shows how long their wings are.

Super video from W Texas, TEEJAY :) Is the black-eyed junco the same as the dark-eyed I see at Starr Ranch SoCal?
(No-one criticised me when I ID'd this bird so I'm hoping it's correct.)
I shall break off from Ohio and 'do' the W Texas for a couple of days... if you'll come in and do the IDs ;)
.
Thank you for another lovely Albatross picture, tony! What a wing :o
I hope this isn't the bird that I ID'd as a Black Phoebe the other day, cos it doesn't look like it now:
Aggressive male Northern Cardinal shooed off the female and tried to scare the Grackle at the same time ;)

Ohio
On the 17th from 01:17 to 07:17 there were only rabbits! So they got a little bolder:
But still very watchful:
The squirrels started turning up at 07:26:
Then the Mourning Doves and Sparrows:
Five Blue Jays!
Upstairs, meanwhile ;) (In no particular order... ;) )
No need to name these!
They suddenly fled in a flurry:
I wonder why the Mourning Doves suddenly stood to attention?
Altercation:
Two different individuals, one much bigger than the other and with slight variation in pattern:
Black-capped Chickadee snuck in up in the corner:
Goldfinch:
