I'm not doing a post-mortem of the LG 2019 season.

Here's to a colourful, action-packed off-season - but the cam needs repositioning and cleaning.  MIKE ??? !!! ;-D

    A problem developed a couple of days ago with all the YouTube live streams, in that the specialised downloading softwares - I've tried Jaksta (the usual and best for me), YouTubeByClick and VLC - can no longer pick up the streams.  It does happen that YouTube changes its workings periodically and usually the software companies adjust to compensate, but not yet this time :(  And Jaksta Support seem to have gone AWOL.

    Just for info I have left an answerphone message at the Abernethy office for Jess and the staff about lowering the peanut feeder to give a better view.

    Thank you, dear Mike, and I hope you appreciate the effort put into this token too greatly to make the slightest criticism of it... You know how one thing leads to another Heart eyes  

    What happened, all of a sudden and with no explanation for it, was that I suddenly got a 6-hour download of the feeder yesterday, but with only a short time of daycam remaining.

    Bonuses ;-D

    The Crestie wasn't quite the last, a Coal Tit followed it but only showed the lower two-thirds of itself - after its final feed, it dropped like a stone :o

    Unfortunately the download didn't start until too late to catch your Robin, Michael :(

    But I got a Crestie in mid-air Blush 

    Then, hours later, Robin in poor light - it did a drop-like-a-stone for us :)))

    Scuse my frames, it's me trying to find other things to do with what I've got :-/

    No more feeder downloads since then, I have no idea what's going on Cry

    ... Oh yes I have - the LINK changed... but my monitor still isn't downloading it... yet :-/

    I wasn't getting anything downloading again today but just thought to try VLC again and it's now recording - so far, Coal Tits :)

    I didn't see KORKY give notice that she'd be away, so I hope her absence isn't ominous and look forward to some of her big snaps :))) ...

    ... and anyone else's who cares to chip in ;)

    Ha! My absence is slight ominous. Think trains, flooding. Normal service will be resumed later today. On all fronts, allegedly.
