The season so far: LM12 (Laddie) arrived back 15 March and LF15 (Lassie) on 23 March. Lassie laid 3 eggs on 4, 7 and 10 April hatching 11, 12 and 16 May. Sadly on 26 May tragedy struck and the third chick died. The remaining two chicks were ringed on 26 June as follows: #1 Blue PT4 (M) and #2 Blue PT5 (M). Ringing Blog
6th July PT5 fledged
7th July PT4 fledged
Both juveniles have been seen attempting to fish in the Loch. PT4 was successful on 23rd July
Lassie (LF15) has not been recorded as being seen on the nest since early morning on the 25th July - though this requires confirmation from the Lowes team

Latest blog Osprey update
14:16 Another fish from Laddie, PT4 yet again!
PT5 was alone on the nest, PT4 (incoming, left) must have seen Laddie coming with a fish
PT5 moved to the outer edge of the nest, assuming to give Laddie room to land
There was a mad scramble - PT5 headed straight to Laddie's talons, PT4 went over PT5 to claim the fish
14:42 And still PT5 waits
Just before 15:10, PT5 finally got his fish!
PT5 had been alone on the nest, PT4 flew in
Laddie (top, left) made his delivery, (PT5, right)
A pleasure Korky
Yes it's getting to 'that' time of the year... :(
17:49 A small, live fish delivery to a waiting PT5
17:51 PT4 joined PT5 on the nest
It took all of 5 minutes for PT5 to eat the fish. Both boys are continuing to shout!
Laddie delivered a fish 19.40.
PT5 the winner of that fish.
Thank you Sandra for all your updates today. I was relieved to see that Laddie eventually turned up with a fish.
