If he has something stuck then maybe when he tries to stuff the tail down it might gather it.

056 has flown leaving the tail which 057 has now picked up

Many thanks to All for the reports, videos and captures. Fingers crossed that whatever it is that caused the bleeding that 056 is able to recover.

Enjoy your visit Thelma. Yes there is no more fresh blood and a pity he couldn't just go and have a bathe. Fingers crossed whatever is ailing him heals.

Maya was on the nest, just standing and a juvie arrived Both flown off

Then 33 arrived with a clump which he struggled to get off his foot....lifted up a couple of times but the clump was still there Finally managed to disloge it and off

Good morning Patily, I wondered who it was, thank you.

There was a corvid doing a clean up a few minutes ago and I think it maybe Maya on the nest at the moment.

Fingers crossed for good news today.

A fish on the nest 7.05, didn’t see it arrive. 3 juvies including 056. Poor grabs because of light.

EDIT I think it’s 056 but  ......
