055 attempts to steal the fish but only gets some innnards
A few minutes later 057 takes the fish from 054 who has finished. 055 flies off and 054 follows.
057 is now alone on the nest getting tucked into the fish.
FISH : 06:35
33 arrives with another fish
which 056 grabs
057 and 056 both getting tucked in
Another great start to the day from 33.
Returned from taking my dog out and see an adult on the nest and 055 has returned.
It would appear to be 33 with another fish which 055 takes.
After cleaning her beak, 057 flies off and Maya arrives. 055 and 056 continue to eat
Maya flies off and then 056 then flies off with his fish leaving 055 alone on the nest getting tucked in.
I have seen three fish delivered to the nest this morning! What a super osprey 33 is.
055 has now finished and Maya arrives. She tidies up picking up some of the fallen pieces. 055 flies off and Maya grabs the fish.
She is looking around, waiting to see if any youngsters appear wanting fed
07:42 After 10 minutes, Maya has a little fish herself
And now she is standing again to see if any takers but no youngsters to be seen for they have all eaten well this morning and also Maya does not seem hungry so she must have eaten too.
But still she waits ...
07:52 At last a juvie appears. I guess this is 057 :-D and Maya starts to feed
Off now - SYL
057 has a fish! Just saw another take off - not sure if adult or juvie
and being possessive too
Edit: Thinking about the fish, it could very well be the last one delivered which Maya had and either it was left or an adult returned with it?
Soon one of her brothers, 056 I think, joins her and waits his turn
after 5 minutes or so, 057 is now full and her sibling quickly moves forward and grabs the fish
While trying to get a closer look at the ID, 057 flew off and then he took off with the fish.
