The season so far: Maya arrived back 14 March and Blue 33(11) on 23 March. Maya laid 4 eggs 2, 5, 8 and 11 April hatching 11, 11, 13 and 17 May. The four chicks were ringed on 21 June as follows: #1 Blue 054 (F), #2 Blue 055 (M), #3 Blue 056 (M) and #4 Blue 057 (F). Further details of their vital statistics can be found here.

Tug o fish as 054 moves forward and tries to steal

but 055 holds on to the fish and continues eating
Karen Did you see the fish tussle between 055 and 054? I was getting a capture when my laptop had a blip
Girl Power LOL 057 (left) and 054 are moving in either side of 055
055 is not bothered and moves aside and wipes his beak.
057 moves in and grabs the fish while 054 is picking up fish bits
055 has flown
056 has arrived and moves towards 057 to steal but 057 warns 056 off.

056 has now flown. He does appear hungry which is a good sign and will most likely return when 057 has finished.
