The season so far: Maya arrived back 14 March and Blue 33(11) on 23 March. Maya laid 4 eggs 2, 5, 8 and 11 April hatching 11, 11, 13 and 17 May. The four chicks were ringed on 21 June as follows: #1 Blue 054 (F), #2 Blue 055 (M), #3 Blue 056 (M) and #4 Blue 057 (F). Further details of their vital statistics can be found here.

Thanks Scylla. I was wondering what it was and now I hope it disappears quick for it is spoiling out view :-) I have noticed lots of freezing and having to refresh but now cam down - just a black screen :-(

Frozen once more and the juvie has flown.
Check back later - hopefully the cam will be behaving better by then. SYL
Two juvies arrive joining 057 on the nest and are calling. I wonder if 33 has a fish!
As I type, one of them has flown and a minute later, the other flies off too.
055 has a small fish/piece and getting tucked in while 057 looks on from the side of the nest
056 arrives and tries to get some fish but 055 hangs on to it and warns 056 off
057 moves forward and also gets a warning of 055
056 and 057 get closer wanting fish
057 is picking up fallen bits and 057 is fine about it
055 continues to eat from the fish. 056 has picked up some bits too and 057 continues to eat - all three are eating fish :-D
057 has now pulled the fish from 055 and is feeding itself
16:58 33 arrives with another fish! 054 arrives and takes it
33 flies off followed by 055. 057 is eating the remainder of the first fish, 054 has the new one and 056 is picking up all the fallen bits.
Tug o fish - 056 now steals the fish from 057
056 now eating behind the mist and 054 continues with her fish
Aww - Maya now has a fish and feeding 057
Quite touching that Maya won't let her youngest go hungry :-)
