On 1 July, chick 1 is 30 days old. Chick 2, from egg 3, is 27 days old.
Apart from the sad failure-to-hatch of egg 2 , everything has been reasonably settled on the nest, and Louis is in the running for Mary's 'Fisherman of the Year Award'.

LoL...but I can assure you...you haven't missed much of any cam post rattles in the past...just maybe lots of raindrop patters and wind howl sounds, occasional skydancing, and Aila calling for fish..It seems it is only in the last couple of days...now that the young no longer need constant wing protection throughout the day...that Aila has spent some time on 'Cam' post.( I have had this cam up 24/7 with sound since before first egg was laid)
04-05 First light day cam,,, camouflage working well

05-28 First Fish of the day Not too small, not huge...but whole and very much alive, or was until Aila got hold of it
About an hour has passed and, judging by her shouting, Aila thinks there should be more fish, Kids not bothered.
VERY misty
