Morning all:
Lynette: If you started a new thread, someone made off with it! :-) Still, not a problem. Just checked in and - amazing!! Four birds on the nest. EJ and three chicks. EJ is feeding them. All seem very well behaved. Guess it must be #1 and Titch busy eating?? Perhaps that's #2 hanging back. OMG It's another whale!!
Odin is calling and one of the chicks has flown in and is lying flat on the nest
Hello Brenda - Alan (must look at your video , thanks) no time to stop but this is Eldest ( nice capture Brenda)
Chick starts mantling,
OH, that was such a lovely video Alan. Must dash but so hope I can catch up with you all later. I have to say, Brenda, the STILL cam really does give lovely shots, doesn't it .
All very quiet again now.
Hi Cirrus. Lovely clear picture of yours.
Alan, Thanks. That is a video worth keeping.
Good morning all and thanks to the night shift and early bloggers today. Good to hear that EJ is still catching whales and Odin is doing his bit too. Nice to read that she called for Odin to come and get some fish. He will need to build himself up now although as Alan says he does look very fit. Thanks for all the pics as well. Bit late on here this morning tried to do everything at speed but had a rotten night's sleep even though I felt absolutely shattered. Humidity is one thing I can't get on with and it was very hot yesterday and hot again in the night. Had a couple of showers this morning but nothing much.
Not sure who is on the nest but it seemed that there was an intruder around when I first had a look and once again it sounds so windy.
Off to catch up with everything else now.
Margobird
I put this link on the main blog but I will put it on here as well. It is Garry Ridsdales portfolio of recent osprey photographs including some great ones of RED8T fishing:

Morning everyone, eventually managed to catch up on all posts and pics and thank you for them all.
Alan Petrie posted on the main blog at 10.14am today with a link to some of the most stunning osprey photographs I have ever seen. They were taken by a chap called Garry Ridsdale. There are photos of Odin and EJ and Lady and 7Y at Loch of the Lowes, very well worth having a look :o)
Thanks, Alan - and also for your clip. Will look at it later... busy just now!
