Hi everyone, its been a day of contrasts.
Lots of comings and goings , fish deliveries, snatching one from the other etc, and quiet times on the nest as is now. We are obviously going to have ENS more often than not now that all three are exploring the area and finding new places to roost.
I believe 6 fish were brought in yesterday and all had a share of the feasts.
EJ and Odin doing magnificent work in bringing in the fish. The youngsters between them , demolishing them.
Don't know what the viewing will be like overnight but good luck, night shift, hope you get some movement on the nest.
Take care all, happy viewing!! and see you in the morning.

Unknown said: Hello, Lynette. Having read all these recent posts, I can sort out the confusion about the fish. EJ flew in with a large fish which she gave to the Middle one to take. He had been sitting on the nest shrieking away for a long time and I think she just wanted to make him quieten down. He started to eat it and kept losing his grip as it was such a big fish! He couldn't manage the head so started eating it a bit lower down and then managed reasonably well for some time. He fought off 1 and 3 and kept eating it himself. After some time he allowed Tiny to take it from him; and a little later I think he flew away for a while. Fairly soon EJ arrived with another large fish and it looked as though she was intending to feed herself and anyone else with it. However Eldest snatched it off her. Middle one returned and made a lot of noise about not having his fish and shrieked a lot at EJ who flew off. [I don't blame her.] So on the nest, munching away were Tiny and Eldest. It seemed as though Eldest let Middle have some of his fish, but as my OH said, it was a pity that at that moment the fish was to the left and out of sight of the camera and it was difficult to see exactly what happened. Eventually Tiny gave up on the enormous fish [remember Middle one AND Tiny had eaten from it already] so Middle sidled over to it and ate some more from it. Eventually Eldest had enough of his too. Eldest and Tiny both flew off. That left Middle one eating his large remnant, and there was also another spare remnant lying about. EJ flew up and started to eat the one Eldest had left lying there. Middle one left his and started begging EJ for hers!! Lazy thing! When that was all gone he flew away and EJ, as you can see is STILL clutching the remnants of the first fish she brought in so long ago that has been eaten by 2, 1, 2 and now her!! Even earlier in the afternoon I witnessed Odin take a remnant of a half eaten fish from EJ. What a privilege I have had watching such sights today.

Thanks for explanation Daisy Ray,
Someone is on the nest eating EJ's fish. I looks like a chick, but I may be wrong. It doesn't really look like EJ. Who ever it is , It is eating the fish in the dark
Thanks for the explanation Daisy Ray!!
It was very difficult to keep score of who had which fish
