Continued from April 2019
The season so far:
Maya arrived back 14 March and Blue 33(11) on 23 March. They are currently incubating 4 eggs laid 2, 5, 8 and 11 April with the first expected to hatch around 9 May

33 not happy about something around! Mantling and those powerful wings are over the chicks!
Threat soon passes and 33 has a little sit down

Older chicks easily getting out the cup now and crawling around the nest
33 returned with the fish and once more offering food to the chicks.

Now with no takers, 33 gives up Maya now starts moving some sticks.
Those chicks are restless now LOL
Maya now flapping wings and placing a wee stick in front of the older chick to try and block its wandering!
33 just landed with another fish
33 has flown with the fish - looks freshly caught so hopefully kills/deheads it before bringing it back
Watched the 14:30 feed. #1 and #2 got the lions share with #3 getting the odd bit. But after 30 mins, once the older chicks full, Maya fed chick #4 and it did get a few bits of fish.
