Hi everyone, got the date right today.
Its been a day of lots of activity , fish deliveries, flying practice and of course going on flyabouts.
As you can see from the pic below we now have "empty nest syndrome" as it looks like Titch has gone to roost elsewhere. Probably in his adventures yesterday he found a nice tree he could roost in for the night and has gone to do so. Nice thought.. Happy viewing to our nght shift. See you all in the morning.

RSPB Giving Nature a Home
Dear Osprey fans - has any one of you seen Middle Youngster today?
Cirrus - I think Barbara Jean identified one of them this morning as Middle one.
Joan - avid bird and nature watcher in Northumberland!

Thank you DJoan
Golly, not even the miserable runt of the fish tail for Eldest this time. Youngest has actually managed to gobble it down.
Cirrus - this is what she wrote on page 2:
Lindybird: Someone was staring at me as I came on this morning!!!

That was middle looking straight into the camera . It has a fluffy bib like EJ
It might very will be the Middle one trying to get a titbit. I think its eldest making a fuss off screen. He is trying to solicit food from Titch. and off Titch goes leaving one on the nest.

I'm just having a chuckle at you Cirrus - its not many days since you were saying you wished Eldest would give the others a chance!!!!!
Or maybe its the one left behind making the noise.
Alone and dejected, not even a morsel left.
Oh, OK Djoan - quite right. I'm always cheering for the under dog I suppose. Anyway, it was definitely Eldest on the nest on his own. Youngest took off in triumph after scoffing the entire fish (less headd) that Odiin brought.
