Hi everyone, got the date right today.
Its been a day of lots of activity , fish deliveries, flying practice and of course going on flyabouts.
As you can see from the pic below we now have "empty nest syndrome" as it looks like Titch has gone to roost elsewhere. Probably in his adventures yesterday he found a nice tree he could roost in for the night and has gone to do so. Nice thought.. Happy viewing to our nght shift. See you all in the morning.

Good morning. Thanks Lynette for starting us off again. Still an empty nest.
Dawn is breaking and the Nest is empty. It appears that Titch graduated to roosting in a tree.
All the little ones are growing up and learning to do what adult Ospreys do . I wonder if any of them roost in the tree with EJ or with Odin where ever he roosts

Evening all: Just logged on; lots of sunshine at LG but nary an osprey in sight.
Uh oh. Somebody's arrived for breakfast; either #1 or #2. I think. And now has left.
And somebody's back on the nest.
Still just one chick on the nest. Looks a bit misty there this morning.
Well it's been very quiet and I'm about to sign off. Take care all.
Well EJ has shown up with a fish and nobody is there to eat it. But wait. i see something flying about in the distance.. Here comes somebody - #2? Standing on one leg and not sure he/she wants to eat. But now EJ is mantling - the usual morning intruder? - Chick is shrieking too and seems more interesting in the fish than - whoops! Both EJ and chick just sat up very straight and looked upward Second chick has arrived; EJ still mantling. Oh, that was probably #1 who arrived first coz he/she snatched the (large) fish away from EJ. Chick is eating; EJ cleaning her beak; the other chick is at the left behind #1 and not eating. #1 chick is hopping about the nest with the fish in one talon and keeping a wary eye out for the intruder. Can now see second chick and pretty sure it's #2. Where is Titch then?
EJ has left. Piggy still stuffing its face; #2 still sitting and watching; Titch still AWOL.
It looks like the eldest left and the middle and Titch came to the nest to eat. Both looked at the fish for a bit and must have decided that Titch would eat first. :)
I am sure it it Titch because he is flapping and squeaking at the fish. I guess he thinks the fish should be more cooperative as he eats it. :(
Middle is waiting on the edge of the nest
