Hi everyone, got the date right today.
Its been a day of lots of activity , fish deliveries, flying practice and of course going on flyabouts.
As you can see from the pic below we now have "empty nest syndrome" as it looks like Titch has gone to roost elsewhere. Probably in his adventures yesterday he found a nice tree he could roost in for the night and has gone to do so. Nice thought.. Happy viewing to our nght shift. See you all in the morning.

Well there may have been a changing of the guard on the nest; I left for a few mintues. I'm not sure which chick is with the fish now but whichever it is, it was approaching the fish as I came back. Not sure which chick is off to the left. That was a big fish! OK guys. I'm signing off now. Take care all.
I thought this chick looked a little less comfortable eating Barbara Jean, which is probably why there's still so much there. So yes, maybe Titch. Goodnight. Am falling asleep here...
I think the eldest was eating first. He doesn't struggle as much as Titch or middle and he doesn't talk to the fish. Titch and the eldest looks so much alike I have to identify them by their actions . . Middle has distinct head markings .
Here is EJ with another fish . Middle was eating and just left the fish on the nest and flew off. EJ look around quite surprised that he left the nest considering she has a fish . . Titch is still on the edge of the nest . EJ alarm calling and middle (?) came back. Now EJ is eating and both chicks flat on the nest
Middle got up and found some fish scraps and is eating that instead to of the very fresh fish EJ is eating . EJ is tucking into the fish and ignoring them.
Formerly known as Barbara Jean
Just wanted to say, thank you so much to all for the reports and photos.
OG, I think you should post your recent photos of LG in the Gallery. They were different from the webcam shots (especially the one of Titch's failed landing!) and should be preserved for posterity.
Someone was staring at me as I came on this morning!!!

That was middle looking straight into the camera . It has a fluffy bib like EJ
Hi Barbara Jean - the weather should be good at LG today - no rain & not too hot either!
Odin just came and took one of the fish that was on the nest . No one seems hungry and he probably figure why waste energy fishing when there is a perfectly good uneaten fish on the nest LOL
Smart guy!
I wondered how much fish Odin caught just for himself yesterday, as he had caught at least 6 or 7 for the family. (EJ caught one or two as well so it was a good day, fish-wise)
Nice to see them in the morning light - all is peaceful & quiet (no shouting!!!)
--originally, I thought that the eldest two were female & Titch male, but I have revised that to #1 being male as he is so much like Odin with his piercing voice & manner. But I still think that #2 is female.
