Yikes !!! I thought I must have missed it but it's all there waiting for attention :)))
Thank you, everyone, for the super captures and info :)
I can't believe they arrived together - but they did! ;-D
Three matings altogether, only the first successful, IMHO. They were on the nest nearly 13 minutes, this is cut down to 5 but no significant activity missing - you know how they like to stand and (males) mantle and (females) look a bit nonplussed ;)
UNCUT VERSION:
The first was the best ;)

No need to be sorry Sandra, I'm sure we are all so willing Aila to return. It is good news in a way, although I want Aila to return, I don't want the lonely Louis again.
Edit - That doesn't read right, I mean it's good to know there are other females around, who might take an interest in Louis.

05:15 Louis waited for Aila:
From 07:51 to now.
First a couple of quick ons-n-offs, then a female (NOT Aila) spends some time warily on the nest, then arrives with Louis with fish but doesn't take it, flies off instantly followed by Louis - and that's the last we see of her till now. Louis has been back twice with fish :-/
And Louis has landed as I just loaded the last snap... I can't quite see if he's still got fishtail.
I think he is. What a shame it wasn't Aila, but good that there is another female in the area.

Me having spent the last ? hours buried in the above part-oeuvre and therefore missed 'developments;, it has just been hastily edited!
