Some history of the BALGAVIES LOCH OSPREYS.
It is a SWT Nature Reserve near Forfar, Angus, Scotland. There is no webcam on the nest, and there is no Visitor Centre, only a small Hide with limited car parking spaces.

He has been sighted several times in the Eden Estuary and also Balgavies in the last few years

It will be very sad Karen if they cannot get their nest back. The geese took over the nest in 2010 and 2011, so this is not good to see it happen again.
This happened when Balgavies was only known to local people, it was not until 2012 when they Rung and Satellite tagged Blue YD that the nest came into the public domain.
Ron Michell has just updated the page with a video of the geese who are still occupying the nest.
